改編自韓國史上最重大火災真實事件。
消防員為了要拯救生命、為了要活下來，將每天都當成最後的現場，唯一的目標就是在惡劣的環境中撲滅火勢和救出所有人。某日，消防隊收到了弘濟洞發生火警的報案，隊員們都直覺到這將會是很棘手的火災現場……
改編自2001年3月4日清晨3點47分發生的首爾弘濟洞火災事件，這是韓國史上最重大火災真實事件，這起事件不僅提高了韓國民眾對消防員待遇的關注度，也成為了改善消防裝備與指揮系統的轉捩點！原本韓國消防員並不屬於國家公務員，而在2020年，也就是弘濟洞火災事件發生的19年後，韓國的消防員都獲得了國家公務員身分！另外，此事件也改變了消防隊的輪班制度，在此之前是由兩組消防員輪流個別值勤24小時，現在則變成三班制；消防衣也從原本的防水服，全面開始提供防火服。且據說在這起事件後，韓國也修法明定若消防隊執勤時遇到違停車輛，也能直接撞開違停車輛而不用賠償車主。此外，繼警察醫院和軍人醫院後，韓國目前也正在設立消防醫院，預計將於今年完工，將優先提供給消防員更完善的治療和服務。
片中幾乎85%都是失火場面，幾乎沒有用到CG特效，都是使用真實的火，周元坦言拍攝火災場面時其實真的很恐怖，他表示：「拍攝時眼前的煙霧濃到讓我們看不清楚前方，而且火真的比想像中還要熱，大火就在眼前真的很可怕！一開始進入火場時也心想這樣沒問題嗎，雖然身上塗了防火的物質，但還是很熱，覺得火可能會燒到自己身上。」周元表示當時是以十分緊張的狀態去詮釋角色，心想這應該就是導演真正想呈現的效果吧，想讓演員展現更自然的演技。但周元也苦笑地說沒想到火量會是那樣的程度，所以全體工作人員都拿好滅火器，等導演一喊「卡」就趕快滅火。

In 2013, an Australian man a few months shy of turning 60 decided to walk the Camino de Santiago – an 800km pilgrimage trail across the top of Spain. He had no known religion, and absolutely no idea why he felt so deeply compelled to do this torturous walk.
But compelled, he was.
He completed the walk, battling a “triumvirate of pain” - a knee that he later discovered lacked any meaningful cartilage, a blister the sight of which would make a grown man weep, and shin-soreness that felt like his lower limb had been split with a mountain axe wielded by a demented troll.
Arriving at the end of the Camino, the majestic cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, he expected an epiphany – an answer to the question he’d been asking himself every day: Why am I doing this?
But no answer came.
So when he got home he wrote a book, hoping the answer would reveal itself in his scribblings. The result was The Way, My Way, a humourous and self-deprecating book that many consider the best memoir ever written on walking the Camino.
The book has now been made into a film, and it’s an extraordinary account of a man at a pivotal point in his life, searching for meaning and finding himself undergoing a fundamental transformation so profound that he now divides his life into “Before the Camino” and “After the Camino.”
It’s a story particular to one man, yet of appeal to anyone seeking a greater meaning from life.

The film is inspired by the true-to-life story of the discovery of the long-lost “Opus 28” manuscript from Norwegian composer Johan Halvorsen, originally performed in 1909 by Canadian violinist Kathleen Parlow, to whom the piece was dedicated.
